Cindy Ding

Cindy Ding is a Research Associate at Baron Capital specializing in emerging markets and international growth equities. She joined the Firm in 2022 and has 8 years of research experience. Previously, she was an equity research associate at Evercore ISI, covering medical supplies and devices. Earlier in her career, she was a senior equity research associate at D.A. Davidson Companies, where she focused on the health, beauty, and leisure industries. Cindy earned both her MS in Operations Research and her BS in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science. She is a CFA charterholder. Originally from Beijing, China, Cindy speaks Mandarin and enjoys cooking, history, and traveling the world with her family.
