How to Register

  1. Registration

    Complete online registration by clicking the Register Now button below.

  2. Validation

    Baron Capital will review registration and validate eligibility.

  3. Acceptance

    Upon validation, an acceptance email is sent containing a confirmation number and QR code.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a shareholder of Baron Funds or a financial professional client of Baron Capital.

  • Shareholders must have a minimum investment value of $40,000 in Baron Funds as of June 30, 2026.

  • Accounts with an investment value of $80,000 or greater may bring a spouse or family member.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Additional Conference Information

  • Check-in kiosks will open at 6:30 a.m. on Friday, November 6, 2026. All attendees will scan the QR code found in their confirmation email at any of the check-in kiosks to receive their printed badge and seat assignment. Staff will be on site to assist attendees during the check-in process. Tickets are not transferrable and will be scanned at all entry points.
