Jake Lilie is Chief Technology Officer at Baron Capital. He joined the Firm in 2025. Previously, he served as Chief Information Officer at Fred Alger Management. Prior to that, he was Director of IT Operations at The Riverside Company. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Regional Director at Dynamic Data, Inc. Jake earned his BA in Management and Information Systems from Kent State University.
