James Barrett

Jim Barrett is Head of Institutional Sales at Baron Capital. He joined the Firm in 2010. Previously, he was Head of Global Distribution at Citadel and Head of Global Business Development at Bear Stearns. Prior to that, he worked at Northern Trust Global Investments and at Bank of New York as the Global Director of Sales and Servicing. He began his career at American National Bank, where he worked first as an Economist and later as Director of Marketing. Jim earned his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and his BS in Economics from John Carroll University.
