Joy He is a Research Analyst at Baron Capital focused on emerging markets and international growth equities. She joined the Firm in 2023 and has 8 years of research experience. Previously, she was an equity analyst at Guotai Junan International Asset Management and an investment manager at China Tian Yuan Finance, a multi-strategy family office. Earlier in her career, she was a marketing associate at China Life Franklin Asset Management. Joy earned her MBA from Columbia Business School. She also holds BS degrees from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Sun Yat-Sen University. She is a CFA charterholder. Originally from China, Joy is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
