Kristine Treglia is Chief Legal Officer at Baron Capital. She joined the Firm in 2006 as Senior Counsel and was subsequently named Associate General Counsel. Previously, she practiced law at Davis Polk & Wardwell as an Associate, working first in the mergers and acquisitions and credit departments and later in the capital markets practice. Kristine earned her JD from New York Law School, where she graduated summa cum laude, and her BA in Psychology from New York University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
