Amy joined Baron&nbsp;Capital in 2015 as the director of research. She has 33 years of experience. From 2010 to 2015, she worked at Avon Products as the group vice president of investor relations. From 1991 to 2009, Amy was employed at Goldman Sachs where she spent most of her time as a household products/personal care analyst, eventually becoming the business unit leader of the consumer research team. She also spent a year as the relationship manager of the client service program. Amy graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. from the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management in 1991.&nbsp;

Cliff Greenberg joined Baron Capital in 1997 as the portfolio manager for Baron Small Cap Fund. In 2020, he was named co-chief investment officer. He has 40 years of research experience.
