From 2001 to 2004, he worked at Claiborne Capital Group as a research analyst. From 1999 to 2001, he worked at Banc of America Securities as an investment banking health care analyst. David graduated&nbsp;<em>cum laude</em> from Duke University with a B.S. in Economics in 1999 and from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with an M.B.A. in 2006.
