Michael Lippert joined Baron Capital in 2001 as a research analyst and was named portfolio manager of Baron Opportunity Fund in 2006 and Baron Technology Fund in 2021. In 2020, he was named head of technology research. He has 24 years of research experience.

Ishay joined Baron&nbsp;Capital in 2015 as a research analyst and has 11 years of research experience. In 2020, he was named assistant portfolio manager of Baron Opportunity Fund.&nbsp;From 2014 to 2015, he worked at Hudson Bay Capital Management as a vice president on the direct investing desk. Ishay graduated with honors from Haifa University in Israel with a B.A. in Multidisciplinary Studies in 2011 and from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with an M.B.A. in 2014.

Akhilesh&nbsp;joined Baron Capital in 2024 as a research analyst. He has 4 years of research experience. From 2020 to 2024, he worked at Bernstein Research as a senior research associate covering U.S. semiconductors and semi-cap equipment. From 2015 to 2019, he then held positions in multiple startups within the renewable energy and mobility sectors. From 2013 to 2015, he worked as a reservoir evaluation engineer at Schlumberger. Akhilesh graduated from Indian Institute of Technology with a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering in 2013 and from The Wharton School with a M.B.A. in 2021.
